Floor Manager

Responsibilities: 

● Supervise and support servers, hosts, and bartenders. 

● Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction. 

● Assist with scheduling, training, and daily operations. 

● Maintain restaurant standards and operational procedures. 

● Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth service.

Qualifications / Experience: 

● Previous management experience in hospitality required. 

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
