Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
● Manage reservations and maintain accurate seating charts.
● Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
● Assist with waitlist management during peak times.
● Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth flow of service.
● Answer phone calls and respond to basic guest inquiries.
● Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area.
● Uphold the standards and values of Zest Restaurant Group in every guest interaction.
Qualifications / Experience:
● Previous hosting, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred but not required. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
● Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
