Responsibilities:

● Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and workflow. 

● Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards. 

● Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulations. 

● Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control. 

● Collaborate with management to create a positive work environment. 

Qualifications / Experience: 

● Prior kitchen management or lead cook experience required. 

● Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

● Knowledge of food safety regulations. 

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
